Sir, put a 6" concrete beam over this height. Then you can continue raising the wall in the future without a problem. It will also strengthen the wall from falling down due to high pressure.
The pressure on the wall comes from the dry side,the land not the water, so the support beams should be supporting the posts from the water side.
Do you remember once a cemented tank broke out and all the fish were washed out due to rain .
A supporting beam should be put at the bottom adjoining the two opposite walls them atleast 24"×12"
